Set of 100 plantable paper flower place cards with lavender star flowers.
These place cards are for the person who wants to make a statement at their event. They are made with plantable paper with wildflower seeds embedded in it. Not only will they brighten up your event, they will live on because they are designed to be recycled after use by planting.
After the event, your guests can take them home, plant them and watch them grow.
Each flower is made with three layers of seeded plantable paper in lavender with green stamens that are also plantable and measures 1 1/ 2" in diameter. The flowers will come attached to the tags unless you specify otherwise at checkout. The flower and tag measure about 3" long. The last picture shows other colors that are available
Planting is easy. Simply soak the paper in water, cover with 1/4" soil, water for 4-6 weeks and watch your seeds sprout.
These flowers are made with paper that contains a mix of annual and perennial seeds.
Remember that annuals will bloom the first year but perennials usually don't bloom the first year. Also, while planting is simple it is not foolproof. The seeds will need to be monitored to ensure they are receiving proper water.
***It is recommended that these be planted in 2013. If your event is later in the year, I can arrange production and shipment closer to your event.
