These elegant white plantable paper hearts are the perfect eco friendly addition to your event. They are made from paper embedded with flower seeds that can be planted directly into the ground.
This listing is for 100 plantable paper hearts in white. There are two sizes in this mix and you will receive 50 of each size. The smaller hearts measure approximately 1 1/2" x 1" and the larger hearts are just under 2" x 1 1/2" The last picture shows both hearts next to a quarter for a size comparison. The second and third picture show other color choices available.
To plant - moisten the paper, cover with 1/4" of soil in a sunny spot, keep watered and watch the flowers grow! While planting is easy, it is not foolproof. The seeds do need to be monitored to ensure that they are receiving proper light and water.
The hearts are made with a combination of annual and perennial seeds. The annuals will bloom the first year but perennials often don't bloom until the second year at the earliest.
