These maple leaf shaped plantable paper gift tags are the perfect finishing touch this fall. Each tag is made from paper embedded with wildflower seeds that can be planted and will grow into flowers.
The maple leaves each measure approximately 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" and will come with a hemp twine string. The colors are shown from left to right in the first picture: cinnamon, burnt orange, red, tangerine, marigold yellow, mustard yellow, olive green and spring green. If you would like more than one color at checkout, please indicate your choices in the notes to seller section.
