This listing is for 50 large plantable seed paper roses in your choice of colors. After your event, these beautiful paper blooms will grow into real beautiful blooms! What a unique conversation piece and way to remember your event.
This listing is for 50 large plantable paper roses in your choice of colors. The roses measure approximately 3" in diameter and are made with five layers of petals. If you would like more than one color, please indicate your choices in the notes to seller section.
I recommend separating the layers of the flowers before planting. The paper should then be moistened, put in a sunny spot in the garden or in a pot, covered with 1/4" soil, and watered. The paper should be monitored to ensure that the soil is kept moist but not wet. After a few weeks, the paper will sprout and grow.
The seeds in the paper are a mix of perennials and annuals including: Clarkia, Black-eyed Susan, Snapdragon, English Daisy, Catchfly, Sweet Alyssum and Birds Eye.
Please remember that annuals usually bloom the first year but perennials often don't bloom until the second year or later. Also, the seeds need to be monitored to ensure that they are receiving adequate sun and water.
