This listing is for 100 large seed paper roses in your choice of colors. Each eco friendly flower is made from paper embedded with seeds. After your event, your guests can grow beautiful flowers from these beautiful blooms! What a unique conversation piece and way to remember your event.
The roses measure approximately 3" in diameter and are made with five layers of petals.
If you would like more than one color, please indicate your choices in the notes to seller section.
I recommend separating the layers of the flowers before planting. The paper should then be moistened, put in a sunny spot in the garden or in a pot, covered with 1/4" soil, and watered. The paper should be monitored to ensure that the soil is kept moist but not wet. After a few weeks, the paper will sprout and grow.
The seeds in the paper are a mix of perennials and annuals including: Snapdragon, Birds Eye, Black-eyed Susan, English Daisy, Catchfly, Clarkia and Sweet Alyssum.
Please remember that annuals usually bloom the first year but perennials often don't bloom until the second year or later. Also, the seeds need to be monitored to ensure that they are receiving adequate sun and water.
