This listing is for 50 plantable paper Star Flowers in your choice of colors. They are perfect scattered on tables, added to place cards and invitations or used as favors.
Each flower is made with three layers of seeded plantable paper in your choice of color. The flowers measure 1 1/ 2" in diameter.
Planting is easy. Simply soak the paper in water, cover with 1/4" soil, water for 4-6 weeks and watch your seeds sprout.
These flowers are made with paper that contains a mix of the following seeds:
Clarkia
Sweet Alyssum
Catchfly
English Daisy
Black Eyed Susan
Bird's Eye
Snapdragon
The annuals in this mix will bloom the first year but perennials usually don't bloom until the second or third year. Also, while planting is simple it is not foolproof. The seeds will need to be monitored to ensure they are receiving proper water.
***It is recommended that these be planted in 2013. If your event is later in the year, I can arrange production and shipment closer to your event.
